Full Job Description

Job Description: Mortgage Loan Partner

We are seeking a Loan Partner to join our team! The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting a mortgage loan originator by organizing files, managing client communication, ensuring compliance with lending guidelines, and facilitating a smooth loan process for all involved parties. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of loan procedures, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking highly motivated, ethical team player who is looking to be part of a company with a great future in lending. We offer a tremendous opportunity for growth, compensation, and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the loan officer in collecting accurate and thorough client information for mortgage loan applications.
Collect and organize documents required for the mortgage pre-approval process.
Ensure all documentation is uploaded and properly labeled in the LOS.
Communicate with borrowers to guide them through the loan process, answering questions and requesting additional documentation as needed.
Act as the point of contact between clients, real estate agents, loan processors, and other parties to keep everyone informed and updated on file status.
Maintain confidentiality of all customer and financial information.
Efficiently follow up via phone, text and email with clients and established business partners to ensure complete information on file and request supplemental documentation.
Track outstanding items and ensure timely follow-up.
Maintain detailed client notes in all files.
Foster strong relationships with clients by utilizing excellent communication and customer service skills in every interaction.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Loan Officer Assistant, Loan Partner, Processor, or other similar role in the mortgage or financial industry.
Familiarity with loan origination systems (LOS) and lending software.
Strong understanding of mortgage loan products, processing, and underwriting guidelines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing lending practices.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Comfort working with technology and document management systems
Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
