Full Job Description

Marco Island law firm seeks experienced Receptionist / Legal Administrative Assistant for combined front desk responsibilities as well as other duties. Competitive salary and an impressive benefits package are offered after a waiting period. The hours are 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Must have excellent typing skills, a front-office professional appearance, an outgoing and positive personality, and be able to juggle multiple administrative duties while taking care of the phones and visitors.

Responsibilities - Receptionist / Legal Administrative Assistant

Answering phones
Maintain a computerized phone system
Organize kitchen and common areas
Cheerfully greet visitors to the office
Receive mail and deliver mail to post office
Open client files in the computer software system and make physical files, including labels
Receive credit card information from clients

Requirements - Receptionist / Legal Administrative Assistant

Excellent typing and clerical skills
Previous experience answering a switchboard phone system
High attention to detail and organizational abilities
MS Office, Word and Outlook proficiency
High School Diploma or equivalent
A professional services office background preferred
