Marketing & Digital Media Coordinator

Southern Belle Construction | Goodlettsville Area

Southern Belle Construction is a growing general contracting company based in the Goodlettsville/Millersville area. We specialize in high-quality residential construction, renovations, additions, outdoor living spaces, and custom projects.

After working with outside marketing companies, we are bringing our marketing efforts in-house. We are looking for a creative, self-driven and experienced Marketing & Digital Media Coordinator who can take ownership of our marketing and help grow Southern Belle Construction's online presence, brand, and lead generation.

This position is ideal for someone who loves content creation, social media, construction, design, and marketing, but also enjoys the analytical side of marketing and understands what actually drives customers to our business.

You won't simply be creating posts. You'll help us understand what potential customers are searching for, how they are finding us, what content performs, and how we can turn online visibility into real project leads.

What You'll DoSocial Media & Content Creation

Plan, create, and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
Edit photos and videos from ongoing and completed projects
Create engaging reels, videos, graphics, and other social media content
Design branded flyers, promotional materials, advertisements, and other marketing pieces
Maintain a consistent Southern Belle Construction brand, voice, and visual identity
Develop content around our projects, craftsmanship, team, job sites, and company story
Visit job sites to capture photos, videos, and behind-the-scenes content
Turn completed projects into compelling marketing campaigns and portfolio content

Google, SEO & Online Visibility

Manage and maintain our Google Business Profile
Monitor our Google search rankings and online visibility
Research keywords and search terms potential customers are using to find contractors and construction services
Identify opportunities to improve our ranking on Google
Use Google Search Console and Google Analytics to monitor website traffic, searches, clicks, and user behavior
Analyze which keywords, pages, and marketing efforts are generating traffic and leads
Identify opportunities to increase organic website traffic and qualified inquiries
Monitor competitors and identify opportunities to improve our online presence
Assist with local SEO and website optimization
Help ensure our website is targeting the services and locations we want to be found for

Lead Generation & Marketing Analytics

Track where our leads are coming from
Monitor website inquiries, phone calls, Google activity, and other lead sources
Review marketing analytics and provide regular reports on performance
Identify what is working, what isn't, and where we should focus our efforts
Help develop marketing strategies designed to generate qualified construction leads, not simply likes and followers
Assist with Google Ads and other paid digital advertising campaigns
Use marketing data to help determine which services and keywords we should focus on

Website & Marketing

Assist with website updates and improvements
Help create new website content and service pages
Develop marketing campaigns around specific services, projects, or seasons
Help build our project portfolio and online presence
Work directly with ownership to develop and execute Southern Belle Construction's overall marketing strategy

Requirements

Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation
Strong photo and video editing skills
Experience with Canva, Adobe, or similar design programs
Familiarity with Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, and/or Google Search Console is preferred
Understanding of SEO, keyword research, and digital marketing is strongly preferred
Strong written and visual communication skills
Creative eye and ability to maintain a consistent brand
Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
Comfortable visiting construction sites to capture content
Ability to turn everyday projects and job-site activity into engaging marketing content
Experience in construction, remodeling, home improvement, real estate, architecture, or interior design is a plus

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who can own our marketing, not simply complete a list of assigned social media posts.

The right person will be creative enough to create beautiful content, but analytical enough to look at the numbers and ask:

What are people searching for? How are they finding us? What is getting them to our website? What is turning into a lead? And what can we do better?

You should be comfortable taking an idea from start to finish — from identifying an opportunity, creating the content, putting it in front of the right audience, and then measuring the results.

You'll work directly with the Southern Belle Construction team and have the opportunity to build and shape our marketing strategy as we continue to grow.
