Full Job Description

Our client, currently located in Nashville (will be relocating to Spring Hill), is seeking a direct-hire Customer Service Manager to join their growing team.
This will be leading a team of 4 Customer Service Reps and will be a hands-on leadership position that will still handle customer issues and account management.
Duties:

Lead and develop a multi-site customer service team while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
Oversee customer accounts, order management activities, and day-to-day customer communications to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Serve as the primary escalation point for customer concerns, driving timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Finance to support customer retention, account growth, and operational effectiveness.
Establish and monitor service KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency.
Ideal candidates bring customer service leadership experience in manufacturing or similar operational environments, strong ERP/CRM proficiency, and a hands-on, relationship-focused leadership style.

Requirements:

3+ Years of customer service, account management, and/or inside sales leadership experience required
CRM experience required (Salesforce preferred)
Able to work an in-office schedule, Monday – Friday 7:30-4:30

Title: Customer Service Manager
Location: currently in Nashville, will be moving to Spring Hill
Schedule: Fully in-office Monday – Friday 7:30-4:30
Pay: $70k-$75k salary depending on experience
