Dental Practice Manager

We are seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager with strong team leadership, communication, and management experience to oversee daily operations, support providers, and drive practice success. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who communicates effectively, leads by example, and thrives in a fast-paced dental environment.

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients, staff, and providers
✔ Proficiency in treatment plan presentation and educating patients on oral health and recommended care
✔ Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members professionally
✔ Strong operational, organizational, and problem-solving skills
✔ Goal-driven mindset with a focus on practice growth and performance
✔ Knowledge of scheduling, billing, and dental office operations
✔ Commitment to an exceptional patient experience

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily dental office operations, staffing, scheduling, and workflow
Lead, coach, and clearly communicate expectations while supporting team development
Present treatment plans confidently and educate patients on oral health, procedures, and post-care needs
Support clinical operations, including chairside assistance when needed
Ensure accurate EMR documentation and compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control standards
Maintain sterilization, spore testing, and waterline testing protocols
Build strong patient relationships through clear, compassionate communication
Drive office growth through efficient operations, team engagement, and exceptional patient service

Qualifications

5+ years of dental management experience, including direct team leadership
7–10 years of clinical dental experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Current CPR/BLS certification
X-ray certification (if state-required)
Experience with Dentrix software
