Full Job Description

This role allows you to leverage your estimating experience on federal projects, applying your analytical skills, technical knowledge, and attention to detail to help the company win and successfully execute contracts. Review the posting to see if this could be your next step.

As an Estimator you will:

Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure all costs are captured
Work on high-profile, mission-critical federal projects that challenge your expertise and expand your portfolio
Use your expertise to identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions without compromising quality

Requirements of this Estimator role:

5+ years’ experience in an estimating role
Excel at interpreting construction documents and developing scope of work
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment with multiple projects at the same time
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, On-Screen take-off and Timberline
Experience in fixed price, design-build and self-perform estimating
Government project and CSI Division experience a plus
