Olé Mexican Restaurant is hiring friendly, dependable people to join our Front of House team.

We are a locally owned, family-operated restaurant that has served the Scottsbluff community since 1994. Olé is fast-paced, energetic, and built around one simple goal: make our guests feel genuinely welcome and give them consistently great service.

We are currently hiring for:

Servers
Greeters/Hosts
Bussers

Not sure which position fits you best? Apply anyway. We are willing to train the right person and may cross-train team members in multiple Front of House positions.

What We Look For

We want people who are:

Friendly and comfortable working with guests
Dependable and ready to work when scheduled
Able to stay calm and move quickly during busy shifts
Willing to help teammates without always being asked
Coachable and able to follow restaurant standards
Proud of keeping the restaurant clean, organized, and guest-ready

is helpful, but it is not required for every position. Attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn matter to us.

What You May Do

Depending on your position and training, responsibilities may include:

Greeting guests and making them feel welcome
Managing the guest entrance and seating flow
Taking accurate food and beverage orders
Providing knowledgeable and attentive table service
Running food and helping deliver orders to guests
Refilling drinks and assisting guests during their visit
Pre-bussing and clearing tables promptly
Cleaning and resetting tables for incoming guests
Keeping service stations and dining areas organized
Helping teammates during busy periods
Responding to guest questions and requests
Completing assigned opening, closing, and side-work duties

At Olé, Front of House service is a team effort. We expect our team to notice what needs done, help each other, and work together to give every guest a fast, warm, and professional experience.

Scheduling

Day, evening, and weekend shifts may be available.
