Full Job Description

Position Summary
Midas Wealth is a leading financial advisory firm dedicated to helping individuals and businesses achieve their financial goals. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and personalized solutions to our clients. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Associate Wealth Advisor to support one of our in-house Private Wealth Advisors in delivering gold-standard financial services.

The Associate Wealth Advisor will play a critical role in supporting the Private Wealth Advisor by managing administrative tasks, coordinating client communications, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

Manage and organize the Financial Advisor's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail

Clients Relations

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries in a timely manner
Assist in the preparation and follow-up of client meetings, including the preparation of necessary documentation and materials
Maintain and update client records and databases with accurate information

Project Coordination

Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and events.
Conduct research and gather information as needed for various initiatives

Confidentiality and Compliance

Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and adhere to all compliance regulations and company policies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
3-5+ years of experience in investment analysis, wealth management, or a related role
Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required
Strong proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools
Working knowledge of financial markets, asset allocation, and investment products

Skills & Competencies

Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

CFP® designation strongly preferred
Experience working in a family office, wealth management firm, or investment advisory environment

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience, including:

Base salary range: $75,000 – $100,000 annually (depending on experience and credentials)
