School & Community Outreach Coordinator (Appointment Setter)

Kidokinetics of North New Jersey
Part-Time | $18-$25/hour | Remote

About Kidokinetics

Kidokinetics of North New Jersey provides fun, engaging, movement-based programs that help children build confidence, develop motor skills, and stay active. We partner with schools, daycares, libraries, camps, and community organizations throughout North New Jersey to provide enrichment programs, PE classes, camps, birthday parties, and special events.

We are looking for a motivated and personable School & Community Outreach Coordinator to help us expand our partnerships with schools and community organizations.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and making a positive impact on children's lives.

Position Overview

The School & Community Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for identifying potential partners, reaching out to organizations, and scheduling introductory conversations for our Director.

This is a relationship-building role. You will help introduce schools, libraries, camps, and community organizations to Kidokinetics and create opportunities for new partnerships.

You will not be responsible for closing sales. Your primary goal is to create interest, build connections, and schedule qualified meetings.

Responsibilities

Research schools, daycares, libraries, camps, apartment communities, and youth organizations throughout North New Jersey
Contact school administrators, PTA/PTO leaders, program directors, and community coordinators
Make outbound calls and send personalized emails introducing Kidokinetics programs
Follow up with interested organizations and maintain ongoing communication
Schedule discovery calls and meetings with potential partners
Track outreach efforts, conversations, and follow-ups using our CRM system
Help identify new partnership opportunities in the community
Represent Kidokinetics professionally and enthusiastically

Qualifications

Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident phone presence
Comfortable speaking with school administrators, directors, and community leaders
Organized, reliable, and able to manage follow-up tasks
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Previous experience in sales, customer service, education, childcare, fundraising, or community outreach is a plus
Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating conversations

Compensation & Schedule

Pay: $18-$25/hour based on experience

Schedule:

Part-time position (approximately 5-15 hours per week)
Flexible scheduling
Ideal availability during weekday mornings and afternoons when school administrators are most accessible
