In this dynamic role, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality. Your leadership will drive team performance, streamline processes, and elevate the guest experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise all bar operations, ensuring smooth service during all shifts while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and food handling.
Oversee inventory control, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability.
Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking.
Train, develop, and motivate staff on food preparation, beverage service, customer engagement, and food safety protocols.
Coordinate with kitchen management to ensure seamless food production and timely delivery of orders.
Monitor compliance with health regulations and food safety standards; conduct regular staff training on sanitation practices.
Analyze profit and loss reports to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction; implement strategies accordingly.
Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure a positive dining experience that encourages repeat visits.
Assist in interviewing and hiring new team members; foster a collaborative team environment focused on excellence.
Manage shift schedules, assign duties efficiently, and oversee day-to-day restaurant management activities.

Requirements

Proven experience in food service management within casual dining or bar environments; prior bar experience is essential.
Strong background in managing hospitality teams with supervisory experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or fine dining settings.
Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; proficiency in cash handling and transaction reconciliation.
Familiarity with inventory control, food safety management, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train staff effectively and foster a team-oriented atmosphere.
Demonstrated ability to manage shift operations efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Experience with culinary techniques related to food preparation, cooking, catering, or banquet service is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication skills paired with a passion for hospitality excellence; previous assistant manager or restaurant management experience preferred.
Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
