Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Hospital Liaison to serve as a vital bridge between healthcare facilities, community organizations, and the public. This role involves fostering strong relationships, enhancing community engagement, and promoting health initiatives through strategic communication and outreach. The Hospital Liaison will play a key part in elevating our organization’s presence in the healthcare landscape, ensuring effective communication, and supporting community health goals. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while developing your skills in public relations, community management, and strategic planning.

Duties

Develop and maintain positive relationships with hospital staff, community partners, media outlets, and stakeholders to promote health programs and initiatives.
Serve as a spokesperson for the organization by delivering engaging presentations and public speaking engagements at community events, health fairs, and conferences.
Collect data on community needs, outreach effectiveness, and program outcomes to inform strategic planning and fundraising efforts.
Assist with business development activities by identifying new partnership opportunities and supporting outreach campaigns.

Requirements

Proven experience in media relations, public speaking, or community management within a healthcare or nonprofit setting.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively serve diverse populations.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience in marketing, social media management, or social media marketing is preferred.
Demonstrated customer service skills with a passion for community engagement and volunteer management.
Business development experience or familiarity with fundraising strategies is advantageous.
Ability to collect and analyze data for reporting purposes; proficiency in strategic planning and budgeting is beneficial.
