■ Position: School Administrator

■ Languages: English (Required), Korean (Required)

■ Experience: Minimum 0~2 years
■ Salary: $50,000~$60,000/year

DreamIT ESL is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented School Administrator to

support daily school operations, student services, data management, and regulatory

compliance.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate student records, managing

administrative data, supporting enrollment processes, coordinating academic operations,

and assisting with accreditation and compliance requirements.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency in

Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace, and the ability to work in a fast-paced international education environment.

Key Responsibilities

Student Records & Data Management

Maintain and update student information in internal databases and student management systems
Track enrollment, attendance, academic progress, and student status changes
Prepare reports related to student enrollment, retention, withdrawals, and transfers
Manage and organize electronic student files and documentation
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with school policies

Administrative Operations

Support daily front office and administrative operations
Respond to student inquiries regarding enrollment, attendance, scheduling, and school policies
Coordinate class schedules, room assignments, and administrative logistics
Process forms, requests, and student documentation

Compliance & Accreditation Support

Assist with CEA Accreditation documentation and evidence collection
Support BPSS and regulatory compliance requirements
Prepare reports and documentation for audits and site visits
Maintain organized records for institutional reviews

Reporting & Analytics

Generate weekly and monthly operational reports
Monitor enrollment trends and student retention data
Maintain attendance tracking spreadsheets and dashboards
Assist management with data analysis and operational planning

Student Services

Provide administrative support to international students
Assist students with school-related procedures and documentation
Coordinate communication between students, faculty, and administration

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Workspace
Excellent organizational and administrative skills
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in education, student services, admissions, or administrative operations preferred

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in an ESL school, college, university, or international education environment
Experience handling student records and compliance documentation
Familiarity with CEA Accreditation, BPSS regulations, or SEVIS-related processes
Experience creating reports, dashboards, and operational analyses
