Full Job Description

Coda Williamsburg is seeking a friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Bellman to create exceptional first and last impressions for our guests. As a Bellman, you will be one of the first team members guests meet upon arrival, providing warm hospitality, assisting with luggage, escorting guests to their rooms, and serving as a knowledgeable resource throughout their stay.

The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced boutique hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests with a warm, professional, and welcoming attitude upon arrival and departure.
Assist guests with loading, unloading, and transporting luggage safely and efficiently.
Escort guests to their guestrooms while providing information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
Respond promptly to guest questions, requests, and concerns, ensuring a positive guest experience.
Coordinate with the Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams to fulfill guest needs.
Deliver items such as packages, amenities, or guest requests to guestrooms.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming hotel entrance, lobby, and bell storage areas.
Arrange transportation or assist guests with taxis, rideshare services, and directions when needed.
Handle guest belongings with care and maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Provide exceptional service that reflects Coda Williamsburg's commitment to luxury boutique hospitality.
Perform additional duties as assigned by hotel management.
Qualifications
Previous hotel, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred, but not required.

Preferred Skills

Strong problem-solving abilities.
Positive attitude and attention to detail.
Ability to remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in luxury or boutique hotels is a plus.
