Full Job Description

We’re looking for a Social Media Director who doesn’t just manage social but helps build culture around the brand.

This is a high-impact role for someone who can balance big creative thinking with real business results. You’ll shape how we show up online, turn content into conversation, and ensure everything we put out, from polished campaigns to scrappy moments, drives growth, engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Vision - Own and evolve our social media strategy across platforms, with a focus on rapid growth, cultural relevance, and alignment with long-term business goals.

Content Innovation - Lead the creation of scroll-stopping content across formats, including short-form video, emerging tools, and high-impact visual storytelling. Whether it is high production or low-fi, the content needs to perform.

Platform Management - Oversee and optimize our presence across Instagram, TikTok, Meta, and emerging social commerce platforms like TikTok Shop, with a focus on reach, engagement, and conversion.

Data-Driven Optimization - Monitor performance metrics and audience sentiment to make real-time adjustments and ensure strong returns across both organic and paid efforts.

Cross-Functional Leadership -Work closely with design and brand teams to ensure social content aligns with packaging and retail presence, maintaining a cohesive and impactful brand experience.

Community Building and Management - Actively build, engage, and manage our community across platforms by responding, interacting, and fostering conversations that turn followers into loyal advocates.

Influencer and Creator Ecosystem - Develop and manage relationships with creators and brand partners to expand reach and build authentic connections with new audiences.

Required Skills and Experience

7+ years of experience in social media, digital strategy, or growth marketing, ideally within a high-growth consumer or lifestyle brand.
Deep familiarity with Meta, TikTok, TikTok Shop, and social listening or analytics tools.
A strong understanding of internet culture and the ability to identify emerging trends early.
A balance of creative instinct and analytical thinking, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone across platforms and audiences.
A growth-oriented mindset with a focus on speed, scale, and outperforming the competition.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners.

Pay: $56,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
