Service Manager – Lead a High-Performing Fixed Operations Team

We are a growing, customer-focused automotive dealer group seeking an accomplished Service Manager who has a proven record of building elite teams, driving profitability, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. If you're currently leading a successful service department but feel limited by bureaucracy, lack of support, or ownership that doesn't invest in people, this may be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

What You'll Do

You'll lead every aspect of our service operation, including:

Developing and mentoring high-performing advisors, technicians, and support staff
Driving customer satisfaction while maintaining operational excellence
Increasing labor sales, gross profit, and overall departmental performance
Managing technician productivity, efficiency, and retention
Creating a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Monitoring KPIs and making data-driven decisions that improve results
Working closely with dealership leadership to execute long-term growth strategies

What We're Looking For

We're searching for someone who has:

5+ years of successful automotive service management experience
A documented history of growing sales, profitability, and CSI
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
Experience recruiting and retaining top technician talent
Financial acumen with a solid understanding of service department metrics
High integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to doing things the right way
The ability to inspire people while holding them accountable

Manufacturer experience is valued, but proven leadership and results matter most.
