Full Job Description

Inside Sales

This confidential company is looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable taking dozens of calls and emails per day, quoting products, entering orders, expediting shipments, and providing technical assistance.

Inside Sales Responsibilities:

Generates revenue by listening to a customer’s needs and quoting the appropriate product or solution. Also pursues add-on sales of accessories or commonly required parts.
Processes purchase orders internally and enters order with relevant factories in a timely manner.
Expedites orders when requested to the best possible extent. Communicates well with the factory and customer.
Address all emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
Have general knowledge of all products sold, be a champion of a product line as required and develop technical knowledge of specific products
Process returns and cancellations.
Work closely with their respective outside sales person to handle accounts.
Maintains stock of a respective line of products at acceptable levels for the market. Completed routine cycle counts to ensure inventory is accurate.
Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities.
Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

The company is open 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM weekdays and closed on weekends and major holidays. In addition to a competitive salary range of $60,000-90,000, employees receive additional benefits including vacation time, sick time, and flex time. Employees are also offered an upper tier health insurance plan that is 75% covered by the company, as well as a 100% employer funded profit sharing plan.
