Dental Implant Treatment Coordinator

At Anytime Dental Implants - Sarasota, we are proud to open the doors of our brand-new Sarasota, FL practice! Dr. Omar specializes in providing cutting-edge dental implant solutions and general dentistry to the community we serve. From single-unit implants to full arch, all-on-x treatments, our focus is on transforming lives—one confident smile at a time.

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Dental Implant Treatment Coordinator to help launch, grow, and lead our Sarasota location. If you thrive in a role where you can change the lives of your patients, love the world of dental implants, and want to help build something meaningful from the ground up, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

Growth & Development: Drive practice growth by building strong relationships with patients and ensuring exceptional care experiences while addressing concerns, handling communications, and support patients in preparing for and completing their dental treatment.
Systems & Processes: Implement systems and workflows to support an efficient, patient-centered environment. Handle patient billing, process insurance claims, and manage collections.
Treatment Plan Coordination: Collaborate directly with the doctor(s) to strategize and execute plans for expanding the implant side of the business, handle implant treatment planning, consultations,
Close Life-Changing Cases: Lead consultations for All-on-X, full-mouth reconstructions, and implant-supported bridges.
Navigate Complex Finances: Confidently present $30k–$60k+ treatment plans and facilitate third-party financing to make care accessible.
Clinical Communication: Explain the "Full Arch" protocol and benefits to prospective patients in an easy-to-understand way.
Patient Support: Engage with our local patient base, managing leads from initial inquiry through the 4–6 month surgical journey. and case presentations. Guide patients through their treatment journey with empathy & confidence.

Who You Are:

Proven Closer: Minimum 2 years of high-ticket sales experience (Dental, Medical, or Luxury sectors).
Empathetic Expert: You understand that a full-arch transformation is an emotional journey, not just a transaction.
Local Specialist: Familiarity with the Sarasota/Lakewood Ranch demographic is a plus.
