Industry Tavern is currently seeking hosts for full time and part time, lunch and dinner shifts.

Individuals are welcome to thrive in a well-organized, structured, and "disciplined" environment. We're seeking additional well mannered, disciplined and professional hosts. Individuals who understand the difference between personal relations and business. Individuals who keep their private lives private and concentrate on positive guest relations. Our hosts are empowered to take care of their guests, manage their guest experience and provide a service like no other. We train our staff for opportunities to grow within the company and build a life/career.

Host Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and seat according to floor rotation
Provide hospitable and customized service to each of our guests
Learn our menu to explain offerings to guests
Perform opening and closing duties
Partner with other Team Members to ensure guest satisfaction
Must be available to work weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
Managing reservations through our reservation platform
Assist guests over the phone by taking messages, togos, or directing their call

It’s up to you to ensure our guests feel welcome immediately as you are the first interaction with our brand! You should feel comfortable making food and beverage recommendations. You pride yourself on taking orders accurately and serving food and drinks in a timely manner while using safe handling skills. You take pride in guest satisfaction and meeting guest’s needs. When your guests leave, you know that you have created a dining experience worth returning!

We are a casual upscale tavern serving guests since 2013. Located in the heart of Buckhead, we take enormous pride in our food and beverage program. With 14 tap beers, fresh craft cocktails, locally sourced fresh ingredients for our upscale “bar food” menu, there is certainly something that will excite and satisfy guests.
