Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team in a vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in fine dining or nightclub settings. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating exceptional beverage experiences for our guests while maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
Operate Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations while maintaining cleanliness in the bar area.
Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.
Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures.
Assist with banquet services and catering events as needed, ensuring high-quality beverage service.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and beverage pairings.
Maintain inventory of bar supplies and assist with ordering when necessary.
Stay informed about new products, trends, and techniques in the food industry to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred.
Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
Basic math skills for cash handling and drink preparation measurements.
Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices.
Experience in brewing or knowledge of various beverage types is advantageous.
