Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Daily preparation of Customer Invoices, Job Costing and Inventory updates
Verify Accuracy of transactions and data input
Preparing Weekly & Monthly Reports
Maintaining job costing records
Researching and Resolving discrepancies
Performing task by corporate policy and accounting principals
Provide Assistance to the Accounting Team with weekly, monthly, quarterly and year end close
Assist with Annual Physical Inventory
Departmental assistance with routine and special projects as needed to meet corporate deadlines

Required Skills:

Qualifications:

Associates Degree in Business Administration/Accounting or equivalent of 3 years accounting experience
Competency in Microsoft Word & Excel
Ability to work independently and as a TEAM
Excellent Oral & written Communication Skills
Time Management Skills
Ability to stay on task to meet deadlines
Adaptable to changing work duties
Courteous and Professional
Keep Confidential records confidential

Job Type: Full-time
