Position Summary

Pure Wellness is seeking a compassionate and motivated therapist to join our growing clinical team.

In this full-time salaried position, you'll provide outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and their caregivers while working alongside an experienced, collaborative team. Whether you're independently licensed or a master's level clinician working toward independent licensure, you'll be supported in an environment that values clinical excellence, teamwork, and continuous professional development.

What You'll Do

As a member of our clinical team, you will:

Provide individual psychotherapy to children and adolescents.
Provide family sessions and caregiver support when clinically appropriate.
Complete comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized, strength-based treatment plans.
Utilize evidence-based interventions such as CBT, DBT-informed interventions, play therapy, trauma-informed care, expressive therapies, and other developmentally appropriate treatment approaches.
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, schools, pediatricians, and other members of each child's support system.
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation using our electronic health record.
Participate in weekly in-house supervision, monthly team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
Deliver ethical, compassionate, culturally responsive care while maintaining HIPAA and professional standards.

Schedule

This is a 40-hour per week salaried position.

Typical Schedule

Monday–Friday
11:00 AM–7:00 PM
Optional Saturday schedule available for clinicians who prefer additional scheduling flexibility

Our schedule is intentionally designed with dedicated time for documentation, administrative responsibilities, meal breaks, and brief breaks between client sessions to promote clinician wellness and reduce burnout.

Qualifications

We're looking for clinicians who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.

Qualified candidates will have:

Massachusetts LMHC, LICSW, or other qualifying mental health license, or be a master's level clinician actively working toward independent licensure.
Experience providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and families.
Training or experience in play therapy, CBT, DBT-informed interventions, trauma-informed care, expressive therapies, or other evidence-based treatment approaches.
Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A commitment to providing compassionate, child-centered, family-focused care.
