Full Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our in clinic and mobile therapy team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain. Your expertise in trigger point therapy, anatomy knowledge, and physiology knowledge will be essential in providing effective treatment. This position is based in a outpatient rotating and home setting, with a focus on orthopedic and vestibular therapy.

Responsibilities:

- Evaluate patients' medical history and perform physical examinations to determine the best course of treatment

- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals

- Utilize various therapeutic techniques, such as trigger point therapy, to alleviate pain and improve mobility

- Educate patients on exercises and stretches to perform at home for continued progress

- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

- Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

- Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist

- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology

- Experience working in an acute care setting is preferred as well as vestibular helpful.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
