Administrative Assistant (Full-Time, In-Office)

Location: Clearfield, UT

Position Summary

We’re seeking a professional, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team and serve as a point of contact for clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. If you like people, are happy, and variously talented, please apply.

Primary Responsibilities

Greet clients and answer incoming calls
Manage office emails, calendars, and appointments
Process mail and maintain client records
Assist with document collection and organization
Create and manage internal workflow tasks
Open and close the office daily
Coordinate office supplies and administrative needs
Provide administrative support to staff and clients

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of administrative experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
Digital fluency will be needed across a variety of technical software
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
