Civil Site Drafter / Designer Beachwood, OH / Martinsburg, WV | Full-Time | Civil Site Design | $52,000–$94,000

Are you passionate about land development and ready to take your career to the next level in civil site design—whether you're just starting out or bringing years of experience to the table? Integrity Federal Services (IFS) is looking for a detail-oriented Civil Site Drafter / Designer to join our growing team. If you have a strong foundation in AutoCAD and Civil 3D, and you’re ready to take on new challenges in a collaborative environment, this is the role for you. We welcome recent graduates or those with 1-2 years of experience to apply.

What You’ll Do
As a Civil Site Drafter / Designer, you’ll support our team of engineers in designing and drafting site development projects, including grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater systems. Your responsibilities will include:

Designing site layouts, grading and drainage plans, and site development details using AutoCAD Civil 3D (must-have)
Collecting and interpreting survey data, aerial imagery, and site topography to prepare design packages
Assisting with stormwater, utility, erosion, and sediment control designs
Preparing documentation and calculations for project plans and specifications
Conducting occasional site visits for field data collection and verification
Collaborating with engineers, drafters, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet project requirements

What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:

Proficiency in AutoCAD & Civil 3D (required)
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred, but not required)
Ability to work in both office and field environments
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team

Nice-to-Haves:

EIT or FE certification (a plus)
Experience or internships in civil site design or land development
Familiarity with surveying, stormwater management, and utilities design

Flexible 9/80 work schedule after 60 days (every other Friday off!)
