Position Summary

We need a hunter, a strategist, and a coach. We are seeking a proven Sales Manager with the fire and initiative to command, develop, and scale our sales team. This is a 100% on-site, in-office leadership position where you will collaborate directly with our team, own sales forecasting, drive daily activities, and get face-to-face with major accounts to close deals.

You will directly mentor our sales team and partner with Operations and Finance to execute seamless, profitable client rollouts.

Key Responsibilities

· In-Office Team Leadership: Provide daily, face-to-face leadership, direction, and motivation to the on-site sales team.

Aggressively Expand Accounts: Maximize revenue by deepening relationships and uncovering new opportunities with existing clients.
Hunt New Business: Relentlessly locate, target, and pitch high-value prospective clients to secure market share.
Command Team Performance: Set ambitious quarterly and annual sales targets, driving accountability through sharp weekly performance updates.
Engineer Sales Strategies: Design and execute disruptive sales presentations and marketing campaigns that turn prospects into long-term partners.
Collaborate with Executive Leadership: Partner directly with Ownership and the CFO on aggressive pricing strategies, forecasts, and budgets.
Own the Creative Process: Produce high-impact marketing and promotional collateral (digital and print) to elevate our market presence.
Lead the Ground Game: Drive maximum ROI at major industry trade shows and buyer presentations.
Develop Elite Talent: Mentor, challenge, and elevate the Sales Account Manager through advanced negotiation and account strategy training.

Qualifications & Requirements

Proven Track Record: 5+ years of high-performing outside sales experience with a history of beating quotas.
Retail Blueprint: Preferred experience pitching and winning accounts with major "big box" retailers.
Industry Edge: Preferred background in manufacturing, consumer home goods, or related sectors.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or equivalent career experience.
Technical Mastery: Advanced command of Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint) paired with strong design capabilities (Photoshop, Adobe Suite, etc.).
Mobility: Ready to travel up to 30% of the time, equipped with a valid Driver’s License, an acceptable driving record, a current Passport, and a reliable personal vehicle.
Relentless Availability: Flexibility to take client calls and close deals across multiple North American time zones.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
