Full Job Description

Sales Account Manager

Location: Remote USA
Company: DIS Tec h America, Inc

If you do NOT already sell into the semiconductor ATE or PCB manufacturing space, please do not apply.

We are only considering candidates who already have direct, hands-on experience selling into semiconductor ATE, probe card, PCB fabrication, IC test, or closely related electronics manufacturing. This is not a general sales role, and we cannot train someone into the industry from scratch.

About the Role

DIS Tech is expanding its U.S. business supporting advanced PCB and semiconductor test customers. We need a plug-and-play sales professional who already understands this market, its customers, its language, and its buying cycles on day one.

If your background includes any of the following, you’re likely a fit:

ATE / probe card / load board / socket sales
PCB fabrication or PCB manufacturing services
Semiconductor test engineering support or technical sales in adjacent areas
Experience calling on engineering teams at semiconductor companies, test labs, or OSATs

If your background does not include these areas, this role will not be the right match.

What You’ll Do

Manage and grow accounts in the semiconductor test and PCB sectors
Support customers in the U.S. (travel required)
Work directly with engineering and operations teams to scope technical requirements
Drive new business with minimal supervision and deep industry familiarity
Develop account plans to increase revenue, customer retention, and share-of-wallet.
Build trusted relationships with engineering, procurement, operations, and executive stakeholders.

What We Require (Non-Negotiable)

Existing industry experience: 3+ years selling ATE, PCB, semiconductor test, or directly related technical products/services
Established customer relationships in this space
Ability to handle technical conversations without basic industry training
Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing cycles and customer workflows

Customer Success & Execution Excellence

Lead cross-functional teams to ensure excellence in:
Quality
Lead time
On-time delivery
Customer responsiveness
Drive resolution of customer escalations and operational challenges.
Act as the voice of the customer within the organization.

Account Growth & Business Development

Expand market share and revenue within existing strategic accounts.
Identify cross-selling, design-in, and business expansion opportunities.
Manage selected Tier 2 accounts and drive business development activities to win new projects and competitive conversions.
Support RFQs, pricing discussions, commercial negotiations, and business reviews.

Global & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with teams across the US, Europe, and APAC to support global customer programs.
Coordinate closely with engineering, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure successful execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
5+ years of experience in:
Semiconductor Test
Semiconductor Test Interface Solutions
PCBA Manufacturing & Test
Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS)
Semiconductor Equipment or related industries
Experience in Account Management, Sales, Technical Sales, Program Management, or Project Management.
Strong customer-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Approximately 20% domestic and limited international travel.

Role Focus

~80% Strategic Account Management & Customer Success
~20% Business Development within Tier 2 Accounts and Competitive Break-ins

Compensation
