Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and results-driven Admissions Representative to join the MedCap team.

This is a sales-driven position for someone who enjoys building relationships, closing deals, and helping students invest in their future.

As an Admissions Representative, you will guide prospective students throughout the admissions process—from the initial outreach to enrollment. You will be responsible for contacting leads, building rapport, qualifying prospects, scheduling appointments, conducting follow-ups, presenting our programs, and successfully enrolling students.

Compensation

Base Salary: $15.00 per hour
Uncapped commissions paid for every student enrollment
High performers have the opportunity to significantly increase their earnings through commissions.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective students interested in our programs.
Conduct outreach to leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, text, email, and other communication channels.
Build rapport with prospective students and identify their educational and career goals.
Qualify prospects and determine their readiness for enrollment.
Schedule and conduct admissions appointments.
Present program information, tuition options, schedules, and admissions requirements.
Guide prospective students through the enrollment process.
Follow up consistently with prospects until they enroll or are no longer interested.
Maintain accurate records and update all activities in the CRM.
Meet or exceed daily call, outreach, appointment, and enrollment goals.
Work closely with the Admissions team to ensure an outstanding student experience.

Additional responsibilities and performance expectations will be discussed during the interview process.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales closing deals is required.
Experience in admissions, education, call centers, inside sales, or high-volume sales environments is highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to consistently close sales and achieve performance goals.
Bilingual required: English and Spanish.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Professional phone presence.
Computer proficiency, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and competitive mindset.
Ability to multitask and work independently while contributing to a team environment.
Availability to work Saturdays (up to 3:00 PM).
High school diploma or equivalent required.
