Sales Manager – Rebuildit (Orlando, FL)
Job Summary

Rebuildit is seeking an energetic, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our expanding sales operations in Orlando, Florida. This role is critical as we scale our proven business model from Sacramento, California into new markets.

As a Sales Manager, you will lead both B2C (homeowners) and B2B (partners, commercial clients) sales initiatives, driving revenue growth across residential and commercial segments. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong client relationships, and managing key accounts.

This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and is motivated to build and scale a sales organization from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies targeting both:
B2C clients (homeowners – remodeling, windows, kitchens, roofing)
B2B clients (commercial, public works, and strategic partners)
Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities through data analysis and proactive business development
Manage key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth
Implement and manage CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or equivalent) to track pipeline, forecast revenue, and analyze performance metrics
Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns that drive qualified lead generation
Conduct high-level sales presentations, consultations, and contract negotiations
Build scalable sales processes, scripts, and performance tracking systems aligned with company growth objectives

Requirements

Proven experience in sales leadership, outside sales, or sales management
Experience in B2C sales (home improvement, construction, or related industries) is strongly preferred
Strong background in B2B sales, business development, and account management
Demonstrated ability to close deals and manage complex sales cycles
Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Strong understanding of marketing and lead generation integration with sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
Leadership mindset with the ability to build, coach, and scale a high-performing team
Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
