The current Tax Lead has reached the point where they need another senior leader beside them.

$150,000 - $175,000 base salary
8% - 9% annual performance bonus
10% of first-year billings on clients you introduce
Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 from home)

The role

You'll oversee complex tax engagements across a broad portfolio of business and individual clients.

More importantly, you'll become part of the leadership team that helps shape how the department operates.

You'll build trusted client relationships.

Develop and mentor future leaders.

Improve processes and efficiencies.

Support business development initiatives.

Work closely with firm leadership on strategic decisions.

And gradually take ownership of responsibilities currently held by the Tax Lead, creating greater capacity for the firm to continue growing.

The objective isn't simply to reduce someone's workload.

It's to strengthen the leadership of the entire department.

Your clients

You'll advise a diverse portfolio including:

Partnerships
S Corporations
C Corporations
Trusts and Estates
High-net-worth individuals
Non-profit organisations
