Full Job Description

Join a Fast-Growing Southern California Company

Stratus is a growing commercial water and ice company serving businesses throughout Southern California. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a highly organized, proactive Operations & Service Coordinator to become a key part of our day-to-day operation.

This is not simply an administrative position. We're looking for someone who communicates well, stays ahead of details, solves problems, and takes pride in making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

You'll work closely with our service technicians, sales team, warehouse, administrative team, and company leadership to help keep the entire operation running smoothly.

What You'll Do

Coordinate service calls, installations, and daily scheduling
Communicate with customers, technicians, sales representatives, and our administrative team
Answer incoming calls and make sure customer needs are handled promptly and professionally
Track open service issues and follow through until they're resolved
Help ensure technicians have the information and equipment they need for upcoming jobs
Keep schedules, records, and operational details organized and up to date
Assist company leadership with scheduling, follow-ups, and occasional projects
Look for ways to improve how we operate as the company continues to grow

Most importantly, you'll help make sure nothing gets missed and our customers receive the level of service they expect from Stratus.

Who We're Looking For

Experience in service coordination, dispatch, office management, executive assistance, customer service, project coordination, or operations is a plus.
