Full Job Description

Location: Earth City, MO
Position: Payroll Admin Full-Time On-Site
Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8a-5p
Pay: $52,750 and up

Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA/HSA, Vacation and Sick Pay, 8 Paid Holidays, Tuition Reimbursement, 401K, Business Casual Dress Code.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Prepare and process bi-weekly company payroll ensuring the accuracy of payments.

· Enter, track, deduct and audit completed payments, garnishments, unique payroll deductions, and incentive activity.

· Enter and update employee information such as federal and state tax exemptions, social security tax information, 401k transfer, direct deposit, insurance changes, paid time not worked, status, and pay; calculating vacation earned.

· Process off-cycle payroll as needed for payroll corrections, adjustments, and final paychecks ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements.

· Analyze, investigate, and correct errors in payroll date.

· Assist in maintaining employee files.

· Enter new hire information and terminations.

· Prepare and distribute W2's and annual tax reporting in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations.

· Process new hire paperwork, background checks, employment verifications, and E-Verify.

· Assist with insurance open enrollment.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Payroll processing.

· Must be an experienced user of ADP Workforce Now Payroll Systems.

· High school education or equivalent.

· Attention to detail and great time management.

· Good verbal and written communication skills

· Strong organizational skills and confidentiality are a must.

· Must be able to problem solve and work independently, with the ability to meet deadlines.

· Must consent to and meet the requirements of a criminal background check.

Pay: $52,705.00 - $60,000.00 per year
