Full Job Description

Responsibilities:

This role is a bookkeeper that supports the business management team for various clients.

Daily & Monthly Tasks

Client bookkeeping including:
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Coding and entering financial transactions accurately including downloading transactions from bank feeds and importing to Quickbooks
Reconciling bank, credit card, and loan accounts
Payroll processing
Preparation of month-end schedules, reports, and financial statements
Other related tasks as appropriate

Internal Collaboration

Working closely with Account Managers
Communication with clients on a limited basis

Additional Support

Coordinate with the tax team to provide client financials and adjusting journal entries as needed
Payroll tax returns, sales tax returns and similar filings as needed

Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online & Desktop. QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification is a plus.
Proficiency in Bill.com preferred
Bookkeeping experience working on multiple clients in a CPA firm environment preferred.
1+ years bookkeeping/accounting experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word.
Solid understanding of general accounting concepts.
Exceptional diligence, accuracy, and time management.
Ability to meet deadlines.
