Job Summary

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking insurance information, policy assistance, and support. Your energetic approach and strong communication skills will help build lasting relationships with clients while ensuring their needs are met efficiently. Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing clear and accurate information about insurance policies and services
Assist clients with policy changes, claims processing, billing questions, and coverage options using professional phone etiquette and active listening skills
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
Support outbound calling efforts to follow up on policy renewals, surveys, or promotional campaigns
Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities
Process transactions such as payments or policy updates accurately using computer skills and cash handling procedures when necessary
Uphold organizational standards by managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

Skills

Proven experience in sales, customer support, or client services within a call center or insurance environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and communication purposes
Strong phone communication skills with an emphasis on professionalism and courtesy
Exceptional writing skills for clear documentation and email correspondence
Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts efficiently
Customer service problem-solving expertise to address concerns quickly and effectively
Ability to handle outbound calls confidently while maintaining positive client interactions
Analysis skills to interpret client data and identify opportunities for service improvement
Must be interested in the insurance industry or have insurance knowledge to grow within our company.
Willing to get your 220 or 440 Insurance License
