Compensation: $32.00–$65.00 per hour, based on position, experience, and qualifications. COTA: $32.00–$40.00 per hour OT: $50.00–$65.00 per hour

That prevents qualified OTs from seeing the low end and assuming you are offering them $32/hour.

Bright Steps Pediatric Speech & Feeding Therapy is a growing, clinician-led practice focused on delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in a collaborative and supportive environment. We specialize in speech, language, feeding, and occupational therapy, with a strong emphasis on mentorship and making a meaningful, lasting difference in the lives of the children and families we serve.

We are looking for a motivated and positive pediatric occupational therapist who is passionate about helping children build the skills and confidence to thrive. The ideal candidate is committed to making a meaningful difference for families while growing within a supportive team that values clinical skill, collaboration, and professional development.

Position Overview

This is a part-time position with a pathway to full-time as caseload builds. The therapist will provide pediatric occupational therapy services at our Torrance clinic, with opportunities to contribute to program development and collaborate closely with our speech and feeding team.

What You’ll Do

Provide individualized occupational therapy services for pediatric clients
Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans based on clinical findings
Collaborate with speech therapists and other team members for integrated care
Educate and support families to promote carryover at home
Maintain clear, timely documentation (SOAP notes, progress reports, evaluations)

What We’re Looking For

Licensed Occupational Therapist in California
Experience in pediatrics preferred (new grads with strong clinical training considered)
Strong clinical reasoning and ability to individualize treatment
Clear, professional communication with families and team members
Organized, reliable, and able to follow through on responsibilities
Interest in continued learning and professional growth
Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive clinic culture
