IPIC is looking for Guest Services, Service Assistants, and Bartenders to join with a "People First" leadership style to join our winning team in providing the ULTIMATE movie going experience to our community!

About IPIC Entertainment strives to be our guest’s favorite destination for a night out on the town. Our newest facilities blend three distinct areas – a polished-casual restaurant, a farm-to-glass full-service bar, and our world-class luxury theater auditoriums – into a one-of-a-kind experience. Our unique concept offers a multi-faceted experience of dining, drinking and watching a movie in a luxurious setting. It’s a great way to enjoy a night out, under one roof with friends, family and colleagues.

Service Assistant

Experience & Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Service Assistant is preferred or a minimum of 6 months experience in food service/hospitality.
Previous point of sale system experience is recommended.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment.
Ability to create memorable guest connection with our food and beverages.
Gain mastery of the menu and be enthusiastic about our offering.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with fellow team members and management to provide exceptional guest service.
Ability to work a variable schedule, including weekends, and shifts from morning through late night.
Position will require frequent standing, bending/kneeling, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.

Communicates guest feedback to management team concerning menu requests, complaints, and suggestions

Bartender

Accountable for crafting beverages and assisting guests in making beverage and food selections. Provide guests with prompt and friendly service while creating classic and innovated drinks exceeding the guest's expectations.

Our rotating seasonal handcrafted cocktail menu features cocktail recipes created by our own bartenders. So individuals who are creative with a background in the art of mixology, and willing to be cultivated to expand that knowledge are preferred.

Responsibilities:

Mix, garnish and serve drinks according to company recipes.
Deliver a consistently high level of guest service.
Exhibit the ability to engage with multiple guests, prioritizing interactions and providing outstanding service.
Demonstrate mastery of the food and beverage menu; respond to questions about menu items and drink options.
Display comfortable, genuine sales approach; provide insight to popular menu items and make suggestions for additional plates and drink pairings.
Adhere to all company guidelines and standards for serving alcoholic beverages.
Mixologist experience is preferred.
Ability to contribute to our handcrafted mixologist cocktail menu is preferred.

Guest Services

Accountable for providing guests with friendly and prompt service while taking ticket reservations in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests in a friendly, genuine way and answer questions with firm knowledge about movie times and seating.
Provide guests with in depth membership information and pricing. Answer all questions in a timely manner while making the guest feel comfortable.
Use reservation system and seating chart according to IPIC policies.
Exhibit the ability to engage with multiple guests, prioritizing interactions and providing outstanding service.
Build a relationship that makes guests want to return.
Use hospitable farewell techniques to say goodbye/thank you to every guest.
Secure payments and process through the POS in a timely manner.
If asked by Management, act as a peer mentor for new team member members.
