Full Job Description

A growing Manhattan property management firm has a full-time opening for a seasoned portfolio property manager with extensive Co-op and Condominium experience. We offer competitive pay, a strong benefits package, and generous PTO.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage a portfolio of approximately 450–600 units across multiple Co-op and Condo properties.
Supervise building staff and vendors, ensure routine inspections, and coordinate capital projects.
Ensure compliance with all city, state, and federal regulations, including Local Law and safety requirements.
Prepare and monitor annual budgets, review monthly financials, and implement cost controls.
Provide monthly management reports to boards and ownership, with clear recommendations.
Lead board and annual meetings, including preparing comprehensive reports and coordinating scheduling.
Deliver responsive communication to boards, residents, and owners while resolving complaints and violations.
Manage emergency situations promptly and effectively, with availability for 24/7 response.
Maintain thorough records, correspondence, and files in accordance with company practices.
Partner with office compliance and support staff for insurance, sales/lease applications, and legal matters.

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of experience as a property manager of NYC Co-op and Condominium buildings (required).
Proven ability to manage complex portfolios and work directly with boards, residents, and building staff.
Strong financial acumen, including budget preparation, financial reporting, and cost management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with property management software is a plus.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with NYC housing regulations, compliance, and fair housing/anti-discrimination laws.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
