The Accounts Receivable Specialist plays a key role in managing daily cash applications, reconciling transactions, and supporting overall financial operations.

Key Responsibilities (AR Specialist)

Manage cash receipt applications (wires, checks, credit cards)
Process incoming payments in accordance with financial policies
Verify, code, and post daily cash receipts
Prepare bank deposits and reconcile with accounting systems
Generate daily cash reports
Research and resolve account discrepancies

Qualifications (AR Specialist)

1–3 years of Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, or general accounting experience preferred
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills with a customer-service mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word, data entry, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
