We are seeking a bilingual dynamic and highly organized Family Clinic Office Manager to lead the administrative operations of our healthcare practice. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily clinic functions, managing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and maintaining exceptional patient service. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to office management, possess extensive medical office experience, and demonstrate strong leadership skills to foster a collaborative and efficient environment. Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all administrative activities within the clinic, including scheduling, patient intake, billing, and records management
Oversee fiscal management tasks such as budgeting, financial reporting, and expense control to ensure operational efficiency
Manage medical records and electronic health records (EHR) systems like Epic, eClinicalWorks, Dentrix, or Eaglesoft with precision and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Lead human resources functions including staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and team development for clinical and administrative personnel
Ensure adherence to healthcare policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements such as JCAHO accreditation standards and health regulation policies
Collaborate with medical providers to optimize practice management workflows, including acute care processes and managed care protocols
Oversee medical administrative support functions related to medical terminology, insurance claims processing, billing procedures, and compliance with HIPAA privacy laws
Utilize EMR/EHR systems effectively for managing patient information and facilitating seamless clinical operations
Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient care quality and operational productivity

Experience

Proven experience in medical office management or healthcare administration within a clinical setting
Extensive knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or eClinicalWorks
Demonstrated supervisory experience managing teams in a healthcare environment with strong leadership capabilities
Familiarity with fiscal management including budgeting, financial reporting, and expense oversight in a healthcare practice
Prior experience working in dental clinics or veterinary practices is advantageous but not required; relevant acute or hospital care experience is highly valued
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, JCAHO standards, managed care policies, and health regulation compliance
Ability to handle complex administrative tasks involving medical administrative support functions like billing, coding, utilization management, and insurance processing
Excellent organizational skills combined with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced clinical environment
