Full Job Description

New U Women’s Clinic & Aesthetics is hiring a full time Growth Marketing Manager to help drive new patient growth for one of the nation's premier cash pay women’s health, wellness, hormone, and aesthetics clinics.

This is not a basic social media posting role. This is a growth focused marketing position for someone who wants ownership, creativity, accountability, and measurable impact.

At New U, our mission is centered on helping women feel heard, cared for, confident, healthy, and empowered. We are looking for someone who is excited to help more women discover a clinic where they can receive a premium, personalized patient experience.

The right candidate is creative, ambitious, organized, data driven, and passionate about building a brand women trust. You should care about beautiful branding, but you should also understand that great marketing must create real patient demand, booked appointments, and measurable business growth.

You will work directly with leadership and help shape the growth of New U across women’s health, hormone management, aesthetics, medical weight loss, wellness, and advanced treatments.

Responsibilities include:

Manage and improve patient acquisition campaigns
Create and coordinate Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
Develop social media strategy designed to drive patient demand
Plan content, campaigns, offers, and calls to action
Help create landing page direction and campaign copy
Track leads from inquiry to booked appointment
Measure campaign performance and patient acquisition results
Coordinate with leadership and external marketing partners
Support event promotion, referral campaigns, and local growth initiatives
Help improve lead follow up and conversion systems
Bring proactive growth ideas to leadership

Compensation:

Base salary is $65,000 to $75,000 depending on experience.

This role also includes performance bonus potential of up to $2,000 per month based on measurable new patient growth while the clinic is under 70% capacity.

At current provider staffing levels, Phase 1 bonus tiers are:

$500 at 90 showed qualified new patients
$1,250 at 105 showed qualified new patients
$2,000 at 120 showed qualified new patients

Ideal qualifications:

AI skills
Experience in marketing, digital advertising, lead generation, or growth marketing
Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, landing pages, or campaign tracking
Strong writing and communication skills
Creative instincts with the ability to produce measurable results
Ability to understand marketing data and performance metrics
Strong attention to detail and high standards
Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
Professional, polished, and aligned with a premium healthcare brand

Interest in women’s health, aesthetics, wellness, beauty, fitness, luxury services, or cash pay healthcare is preferred

This is an onsite full time position in Kennewick, WA.
