Overview

As we continue to expand, we are seeking an Operations Manager who is driven, adaptable, and excited to help build and optimize both service and technology-supported operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and is motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations across onsite and remote teams, ensuring efficiency and alignment
Lead, develop, and support team members to drive strong performance and accountability
Identify operational challenges and implement effective, scalable solutions
Build and refine processes to support continued company growth
Monitor key performance metrics and use data to inform decisions
Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, product, and leadership teams
Contribute to the ongoing evolution and scalability of Telegra MD’s operations

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in operations; healthcare or startup experience preferred
Experience managing teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly to change
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable using data to guide decisions and improve performance
