CASTICO is transforming the bathroom remodeling industry with premium solid composite stone shower systems designed for faster installation and a modern, grout-free finish. We work closely with homeowners, installers, contractors, and remodeling professionals across the United States, providing exceptional products backed by outstanding customer support.

We're looking for motivated individuals who enjoy helping customers, building relationships, and closing sales. If you have a strong sales background and enjoy working with people, we'd love to hear from you.

Position Overview

As a Sales Representative / Customer Care Specialist, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners and professional installers throughout their buying journey. You'll help customers choose the right products, answer technical questions, follow up with sample requests, and build long-term relationships with members of our installer network.

This role combines consultative sales, customer support, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with 300+ members of our nationwide installer network.
Conduct outbound follow-up calls to customers who have requested product samples.
Understand customer projects, answer questions, and guide them toward purchasing the right CASTICO shower solution.
Handle inbound customer care calls regarding:
Product selection
Shower layouts and sizing
Installation questions
Product features and compatibility
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire buying experience.
Identify sales opportunities and confidently recommend products that best fit customer needs.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities in the CRM.
Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to ensure customers receive timely information and assistance.
Become a product expert capable of educating homeowners, installers, and contractors.

QualificationsRequired

2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable making outbound sales calls and following up with leads.
Excellent phone presence and active listening skills.
Ability to explain products and technical information in a simple, customer-friendly way.
Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable working with CRM software and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Preferred

Experience in construction, remodeling, plumbing, building materials, or handyman services.
Knowledge of residential bathroom remodeling or shower installations.
Experience working with contractors, installers, or home improvement products.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

High conversion rates from sample requests to product purchases.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
