Full Job Description

Spark Capital is a rapidly growing real estate investment company that acquires residential properties throughout the United States. We are seeking a motivated and driven Junior Acquisitions Specialist to join our team and help identify and acquire off-market investment opportunities.

This position is ideal for individuals with sales, customer service, appointment-setting, or call center experience who enjoy building relationships, negotiating, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

As a Junior Acquisitions Specialist, you will communicate directly with homeowners, identify motivated sellers, gather property information, and help negotiate property acquisitions. You will play a key role in generating new opportunities and helping the company grow its portfolio of investment properties.

Responsibilities

Contact homeowners regarding the sale of their properties.
Build rapport and identify seller motivation.
Gather property details and update records in the CRM.
Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email.
Assist with negotiating purchase agreements.
Maintain accurate notes and pipeline updates.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
Work closely with the Disposition and Transaction Coordination teams.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Sales, cold calling, appointment setting, or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable spending a significant portion of the day on the phone.
Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based incentives.
Highly organized with strong follow-up skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Real estate investing or wholesaling experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting salary of $2,500/month.
Monthly commissions on closed deals.
