About Goldensun Peace Ministries

Goldensun Peace Ministries is a faith-based nonprofit operating residential community homes for adults with developmental disabilities in the Glendale area. We are committed to creating safe, structured, and engaging environments where every member can thrive in alignment with their Individualized Service Plan (ISP).

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated, organized, and mission-driven Program & Administrative Manager to join our growing team. This is a key leadership role that blends program coordination, staff support, and administrative operations — making it an excellent fit for someone who loves variety, values meaningful work, and thrives in a purpose-driven environment.

You'll work closely with the Executive Director & Operations Manager to keep our homes and programs running smoothly, support our staff team, and help ensure every member receives person-centered, high-quality care.

What You'll Do

Program & Member Support

Coordinate member activities, schedules, and monthly calendars aligned with ISP goals
Maintain habilitation, ISP, and program documentation for compliance and accuracy
Support staff in implementing teaching strategies outlined in ISP plans
Assist with ISP meetings and coordinate communication with families and support teams
Help create opportunities for social engagement, recreation, and healthy living

Staff & Program Coordination

Assist with staff scheduling and communicate schedule changes
Support onboarding by preparing training materials and orientation documents
Ensure staff documentation and reports are accurate and submitted on time
Provide day-to-day operational guidance and support to staff

Administrative & Office Support

Manage data entry, filing, scanning, and record management
Maintain organized digital and physical files for staff, members, and operations
Support internal communication and follow up on operational tasks

Operations Support

Assist with transportation coordination and activity planning for members
Support maintenance requests, contractor coordination, and vehicle records
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks including organizing receipts, invoices, and expense logs

What We're Looking For

Administrative or office experience (required)
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)
Valid Arizona Driver's License and reliable transportation (preferred)
Ability to obtain or maintain a Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR certification, and Article 9 training
