Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Creator Partnerships to lead our efforts in building and nurturing relationships with content creators, influencers, and digital personalities across diverse social media platforms. This pivotal role involves developing innovative partnership strategies, driving brand engagement through creator collaborations, and leveraging digital marketing analytics to maximize campaign impact. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media trends, possesses exceptional relationship management skills, and has a proven track record in digital marketing performance monitoring and content creation. Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive creator partnership strategies aligned with overall marketing goals to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Identify, vet, and onboard high-potential creators across social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging channels.
Cultivate strong relationships with creators through ongoing communication, collaboration negotiations, and performance management to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
Oversee content creation initiatives, including social media content marketing, graphic design, video editing, photography, and media editing tools to produce compelling campaigns.
Monitor digital marketing performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics, web analytics, social media analytics, and media performance analytics to optimize ongoing campaigns.
Leverage social listening tools and social media management applications such as Hootsuite, Buffer (application), and Adobe Creative Suite to analyze trends and refine content strategies.
Coordinate public relations efforts related to creator collaborations by managing media outreach and ensuring consistent branding across all channels.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to social media content creation, engagement metrics, SEO strategies, keyword research, and e-commerce conversions to measure success.

Qualifications

Proven experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or digital marketing roles with a focus on creator partnerships.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms’ algorithms, content creation tools (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator), and media editing software.
Demonstrated ability to analyze marketing online analytics and social media performance data effectively.
Excellent relationship management skills with a talent for negotiating collaborations with creators and partners.
Proficiency in social listening tools, web analytics platforms like Google Analytics, and digital marketing performance monitoring techniques.
Skilled in content writing, proofreading, branding strategies, graphic design, video editing, photography, and e-commerce integrations.
Familiarity with advertising on Facebook (Facebook Advertising) and other paid social media campaigns to amplify creator content.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
