Real Estate Acquisition Manager
(In PERSON ONLY Phoenix AZ | Commission Only, 20–25% Uncapped)

This role is built for elite closers who want their income to directly reflect their performance, with a 20–25% uncapped commission on every closed deal and no ceiling on earnings. Six-figure income is the standard for top producers, not a stretch goal.

About The Opportunity
We are a fast-growing real estate investment company headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, building a tight, in-office team of high-performance acquisition managers who convert quality leads into profitable contracts. The environment is fast-paced, competitive, and relentlessly performance-driven, with clear standards, transparent metrics, and meaningful upside for those who produce.

What You’ll Do

Work full-time, in-house from our Scottsdale office, living in the CRM and on the phones every day.
Take warm, qualified leads and turn them into signed contracts through world-class follow-up, rapport building, and negotiation.
Quickly analyze deals, structure win-win offers, and confidently handle objections with clarity and authority.
Own your pipeline end to end, track your KPIs, and constantly refine your approach to drive higher close rates and larger average deal size.

Compensation (Engineered For Closers)

100% commission-only (no base salary, no earnings cap).
20–25% commission paid per deal, with top performers consistently earning at the top of the range.
Realistic six-figure income potential for true producers who embrace volume, speed, and accountability.
1099 independent contractor structure for those who want control, flexibility, and true upside instead of a clock-in paycheck.
