Neuro ICU Registered Nurse – Columbus, OH

Experience: At least 2 years of Neuro ICU experience

What You’ll Do:

Provide specialized care to neuro ICU patients with complex neurological conditions
Monitor intracranial pressure, ventilators, and telemetry equipment
Perform venipuncture and IV starts efficiently
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Respond quickly to patient needs and emergencies
Document all patient interactions accurately in Epic electronic health records
Adapt to floating within units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed

What You Need:

Valid Ohio RN license or compact license
Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience, specifically Neuro ICU preferred
Certifications in BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (AHA only)
Proficiency with IV starts, telemetry, ventilators, and intracranial pressure monitoring
Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and nights
Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and compassionate approach
