Job Title: Community Support Professional – Day Program (Part-Time)

Assignment Type: Direct Hire | Part-Time

Pay: $20.00 / Per Hour

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday | Multiple shifts available | Approximately 20–25 hours per week

Job Description:

We are seeking caring, dependable individuals to provide direct support to adults in a structured Day Program setting. In this role, you'll encourage independence, promote personal growth, and assist participants with daily activities while creating a welcoming and inclusive environment. Paid training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to begin a rewarding career helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

Support participants with daily routines while encouraging independence and self-confidence.
Assist with personal care and medication support when needed.
Plan and lead engaging activities such as arts and crafts, music, games, and skill-building exercises.
Encourage participation in social, recreational, and community-based activities.
Track participant progress and maintain accurate documentation.
Collaborate with coworkers to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.
Help maintain a positive, respectful, and safe environment for all participants.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.
Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for extended periods and assisting individuals with mobility.
Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid and Medication Administration certifications.
No prior experience required—paid training is provided.
Candidates with backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, education, childcare, healthcare, or other service industries are encouraged to apply.
