Full Job Description

Overview:
Join our team as a Branch Manager and lead our branch to success. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all branch operations, develop profitable sales while increasing installed revenue, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service. If you are a dynamic leader with a strategic mindset and a passion for sales and business development, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and expense controls for the branch.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.
- Interview sales reps and installer crews weekly to grow capacity levels
- Leading and directing the sales managers, marketing directors, production department, and the administrative staff of the Branch.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track progress towards goals and identify areas for improvement. Train and develop sales reps/installers in accordance with company's sales and installation processes
- Oversee profit and loss management for the branch, making data-driven decisions to optimize financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and professional development among staff members.

Experience:
- Two plus years experience in sales, direct B2C sales experience is a plus!
- Proven experience in leadership roles with a focus on strategic planning, sales management, and business development.
- Strong background in project management, process improvement, and supervising teams.
- Minimum 1-year verifiable experience directing a sales team of 5+ or more sales reps
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends and making data-driven decisions.
