Service Dispatcher

Locations: Pittsburgh Area | Richard Bazzy's Shults Ford – Multiple Pittsburgh Area Locations
Full-Time | High-Volume Dealership | Career Opportunity

Are you a positive, high‑energy professional looking for a long‑term career with a growing dealership?

Richard Bazzy's Shults Ford is seeking an experienced Service Dispatcher to join our busy, high‑volume service department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with Service Advisor, Technician, or Dispatching experience who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys being a key part of dealership operations.

Our dealership combines high-volume business with a hometown approach to both employees and customers, creating a supportive and rewarding work environment.

What You'll Do

Schedule and dispatch repair orders to appropriate technician skill levels
Monitor and organize shop workload for maximum efficiency
Communicate effectively between Service Advisors and Technicians
Ensure balanced workflow and proper job distribution
Help maintain shop productivity and efficiency goals
Assist with service department communication and coordination
Support customer satisfaction through efficient service operations
Track repair order progress and communicate updates as needed

Qualifications

Required:

Minimum 3 years of Service Advisor, Technician, or Service Dispatching experience
General automotive knowledge
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and dealership systems)
Strong attention to detail
Customer service mindset

Additional Requirements:

Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Ability to pass background check
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
PA Inspection and Emissions License preferred
