# Customer Project Coordinator

**Patriot Bath Remodeling**

**Middleboro, MA**

### Pay

(Base salary of $40,000 plus performance bonuses)

## Join a Growing Home Improvement Company

Patriot Bath Remodeling is a fast growing home improvement company specializing in roofing, siding, and bathroom remodeling throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and solving problems. If you're someone who takes pride in providing outstanding customer service while keeping projects running smoothly, we'd love to meet you.

This position combines office work with time spent visiting active job sites and meeting homeowners throughout the day.

No two days are exactly the same.

## What You'll Do

After a project is sold, you'll become the primary point of contact for the homeowner and help guide the project from start to finish.

Your responsibilities include:

* Communicating with homeowners throughout their project

* Scheduling installations with customers and subcontractors

* Visiting job sites to ensure quality and customer satisfaction

* Coordinating material deliveries

* Keeping customers updated on scheduling and progress

* Solving problems before they become complaints

* Performing final walkthroughs after project completion

* Creating punch lists and coordinating any final touch-ups

* Collecting project documentation, photos, and customer signatures

* Working closely with our sales, office, and installation teams

## What We're Looking For

## Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

* Bathroom Remodeling

* Property Management

* Installation Coordination

* Dispatching

* Home Improvement

Construction experience is helpful but not required.

We'll teach you our industry. We can't teach someone to genuinely care about customers.

## Requirements

* Valid driver's license

* Reliable transportation

* Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

* Ability to walk active construction sites and climb ladders when necessary

* Ability to pass a background check
